Rice Crispies are the one childhood treat that I feel most nostalgic
about and at Ether I am taking the opportunity to bring them back!
‘Vanilla Crispy’ is my take on the original rice crispy treat I loved so
much. In my version however, I turn down the clawing sweetness
and add rich flavor notes from vanilla bean, almond and flaky sea salt.

STORE: Once opened the rice crispies are best stored either in a wine cellar fridge
(16-18c 60%RH) or in a cool, dry cabinet. Keep away from strong scents, direct sunlight,
and most importantly from high humidity as this might make the rice soggy and
unappealing.

Natural vanilla flavor, Salt), White Couverture (Cacao Butter, Milk Solids, Sugar, Soy
Lecithin, Natural vanilla flavoring, Salt), Cacao Butter, Cacao Nibs, Cacao Powder,
Sea Salt.
