With ‘Matcha Crispy’ I wanted to reimagine the iconic American rice crispy treat with traditional Asian flavors. What resulted is a two-layered treat: one with the herbal notes of matcha green tea and the other balancing it with the sweet perfumed subtlety of Madras vanilla bean and roasted pistachios.

STORE: Once opened the rice crispies are best stored either in a wine cellar fridge (16-18c 60%RH) or in a cool, dry cabinet. Keep away from strong scents, direct sunlight, and most importantly high humidity as this might make the rice soggy and unappealing.
